Good morning, ECSD families and community members! ☀️ Today is the first day of school for all pre-K through 12th-grade students! Please drive slowly and carefully as students will be walking, waiting for buses, and using different routes. Let’s keep everyone safe. 🚌 🚦 Important Reminders: 📆 ECSD schools operate on a four-day schedule. Most start times remain the same as last year, but please check with your student’s school or visit our Back-to-School Information page: https://www.ecsdnv.net/page/back-to-school-information Due to the Labor Day holiday on Monday, school will be in session next Friday, September 6th. We’ll send reminders. 📱 Stay connected by downloading the Elko County School District App from Google Play or the Apple App Store. Make sure a guardian's phone number in Infinite Campus can receive text messages to get district-wide alerts! Let’s make this school year the best yet! Northside Elementary's Class Rosters are now available for Viewing through your Parent Infinite Campus Portal. If you do not have a Parent Portal Account, you may contact the school to request your Activation Code. Open House will be held Wednesday, August 21st from 4-6pm. Dinner will be served courtesy of Northside's PTA.

Northside Elementary's 2024-2025 School Supply List is now available.

Reminder: Due to the Monday holiday, school is in session at all Elko County School District schools tomorrow, Friday, May 31st.

Last PTA Board Meeting of the Year. This one is really important as they are in need of New Board Members for Next Year. The meeting is Tonight, Tuesday, May 28th at 4:30pm.

All ECSD schools and offices are closed today, Monday, May 27 in honor of the Memorial Day holiday. Classes and normal activities will resume tomorrow Tuesday, May 28. Due to the Monday holiday, the school week shifts Tuesday-Friday. School is in session at all ECSD schools this Friday, May 31.

Club Choise Fundraiser pick is today, May 22, after school.

REMINDER!! Northside will dismiss early for Parent/Teacher Conferences on March 26th & 27th at 12:20pm, lunch will be served and buses will run at that time. Early Out on Thursday, March 28th at 1:55pm. Lunch will be served and buses will run at that time. No School April 1st-4th for Spring Break and School will resume on Monday, April 8th at regular time.

Northside Elementary extends a heartfelt THANK YOU to our school community for the participation in our Read-A-Thon! We're incredibly proud of our readers and grateful for your support, which made our fundraiser a success. Our students had a wonderful time reading. We can't wait to host another Read-A-Thon next year! ***Just a friendly reminder that if your child has not yet spent their RAT bucks, now is the perfect time to do so! They will have until March 31st to shop for prizes.
